The Call for Action regarding the Eviction Moratorium  has been cancelled as there were not enough votes in the House of Representatives to pass an extension.

Effective August 1, 2021, MAR and GJARA started shared services.  What this means to the members of the Montrose Association of REALTORS® is the staff of the Grand Junction Area REALTOR Association® will handle all the administrative duties, and Janna Burton will be your AE.  You can reach Janna by email at janna@marmontrose.com or you can still call the main number for MAR at 970-249-6213 and it will be forwarded the GJARA office. We answer our phones REALTOR Association so when you call, we are answering for both boards. If you need mail a check you can send it to 2743 Crossroads Blvd Grand Junction, CO 81506.

We are working on adding more classes to the schedule and will post them in the weekly newsletter.
